           John Knox Presbyterian Church Holiday Happenings!

It's beginning to look alot like Christmas! There are many Christmas programs, events and service opportunites to join in on at JKPC!

Read on for all the fun:

Sunday, December 3 from 2 - 4 p.m.
Get into the Christmas spirit by making homemade ornaments and crafts! We'll have snacks, decorate the church Christmas Tree, sing carols and hear a special story.  A fun time for the whole family so save the date!  


CHRISTMAS PAGEANT - The Pageant is during the 12/10 Worship Service, Rehearsal on Saturday, 12/9 at 9 a.m.    RSVP please to be in the Pageant by on the JKPC website: www.jkpcdublin.org

It will help me stay organized with the costumes!!

Pageant CDs were passed the week before last.(The first two songs are Preschool Sunday Songs for February.) All are welcome to join the Pageant - friends and older siblings, too, are welcome to join us!  Pageant Sunday is a special service and the kids will share the very first Christmas in story and song! Preschoolers will be the angels, K/1st graders the animals, 2nd/3rd graders are the shepherds and 4th & 5th graders are the Wise Men!! Mrs. Richards will be the guardian of the angels!


There will be a rehearsal for the Pageant on Saturday, 12/9 from 9-10:15 a.m. The rehearsal will help the kids know the staging.









COAT DRIVE for Love-A-Child Mission
We are collecting gently-used coats again for the Love-A-Child Mission - coats for kids, teens and adults!  You can drop off coats at the office anytime between now and Wednesday, 12/13

New!  Family Christmas Caroling Night
Thursday, December 21 from 6:30—8 p.m.

We’ll walk around the JKPC neighborhood spreading some cheer as we sing favorite Christmas Carols from door to door! Bring a flashlight and a jacket—we’ll be caroling rain or shine! All ages are welcome—kids, teens, adults! We’ll gather back in Fellowship Hall at 7:30 p.m. for some hot chocolate and goodies!
