Women’s Summer Bible-Based Program & Dinner

Wednesdays, June 12 - July 31 from 6-9 p.m.

“God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble.”
Psalm 46:1, NLT

Spend this summer in a Bible-based women’s program designed to help women grow in their relationship with God and develop lasting friendships with each other. Using the story of Ruth and Naomi from the book of Ruth, this
program brings home the meaning and significance of making God our foundation.

We will spend the summer in a virtual cozy mountain lodge where we’ll enjoy digging into God’s Word, Worshipping Him, a time for Christian service, and wonderful relationship-building activities inviting you to participate and experience God’s story.

        June 12, 19, 26, (not July 3), July 10, 17, 24, 31, 2019

Cana Marriage Retreat

June 22-28

Potter Valley in Mendocino County

We live in a fast-paced, high-stress society. Setting time aside for your marriage could
provide a time of renewal, a 'breathing space', or a turning point in the relationship.

The Cana Week is a six-day retreat for married couples to strengthen their marriage and deepen their spiritual life. The session includes teachings, prayer, time together as a couple,
relaxation and celebration. The Cana Week is also an opportunity to meet and share with other
couples who care about their marriage and family life. It is open to Christians of all traditions,
including Catholic, Orthodox and Protestant.

Rediscover the meaning of marriage through themes such as communication, forgiveness,
intimacy and commitment. Be open to the activity of God who builds up couples and teaches them to love and forgive. Share with your spouse, and other couples, the riches and difficulties of married life. Celebrate the joy of living together as a couple and as a family.

Children are welcome. They are led by a team of volunteers who organize activities and
spiritual formation in groups according to age level.

Cana is in over 50 countries around the world, and thousands of couples attend the Week each year. This year, Cana California invites you to join us, from June 22-28, at Hartstone Bible Camp in Potter Valley. To find out more, see Euan and Janet Ramsay.
